Practice Policies
- Be on time and ready to hit the water at the onset of practice.
- Be respectful to your coaches and follow instructions the first time.
- Be respectful to your teammates.
- Be prepared...bring your cap, goggles and towel to practice.
In the event of inclement weather, we will update via the app and send out an email. Please make sure you are ready to go with the Swimtopia app!
